Now that you mention it I really regret not bringing up "Icebelly" on behalf of everyone at RealGM but I probably would have just confused him more talking about it.

His English improving any?

He spoke in English while getting off the phone clearly saying "I'll have to call you back in a minute." and "thank you" Not sure if he hundred percent understood what I was saying though which is completely understandable since he is just learning English.

I'd feel so inadequate standing next to a guy with an arm the same size as my whole winspan.
