Official Raptors 2011 NBA Draft Thread, Part 2

Post#1 » by Rhettmatic » Thu Jan 27, 2011 2:17 am

This is Part 2 to our NBA Draft Thread after the other thread reached the dreaded 100-page mark.

Here's the first thread:

viewtopic.php?f=32&t=1056803

And the rules:

All thoughts on 2011 draft prospects and potential Raptors picks can go in this thread. After the draft lottery, it'll also be home to all mock-draft discussion and other fun.

Did Kyrie Irving have a sick crossover? Post it here. Did Jan Vesely drop 27 points on Crvena zvezda? Discuss it here. Are you having panic attacks because the Raptors just hired Donatas Motiejunas's father as their head scout? Seek medical help here.

We've got a few links here to NBA draft websites but please feel free to post more or PM a mod if you want more added.

Enjoy!

Yessir. We can now lay claim to sole ownership of the fourth-worst record in the NBA.

Barnes hits a three to give UNC the lead with six seconds to go.

I'd be happy with the 4th worst finish. Top 3 would be awesome, but I can't see it happening. Hopefully New Jersey and Washington continue to do well

Barnes showed some signs tonight of improvement. I thought he was more aggressive than he usually is.

not so much for you draft watchers, but tonight is one of the biggest college games of the year so far.

BYU vs SDSU

"San Diego State star Kawhi Leonard under the weather. Currently receiving an IV and has thrown up multiple times today. Expected to play"

Jimmer is going to go off. PRovo is going to be crazy.

The spotlight will be on Jimmer Fredette. Let's see how he responds.

Barnes is clutch, baby!

He has attempted to drive by defenders couple times, good stuff.

I was reading the game convo from espn, funny how everyone kept bashing on HB but til he hits game winner everyone treated him like he's god in the convo lol.

2 expiring vets that help now. A young big to add to the Scottie timeline
I'd prefer to keep Stew and give Monte Morris
I'd really prefer to keep Morris and Stew and give the great Killian Hayes and 2nd round picks

same for me. Harrison Barnes is my pick. Dont like Kanter especially with all the C's available in FA

What if we stay 5th, Irving/Perry/TJ/Barnes are gone. Then we have no choice but to get one of them bigs :o
