OK guys from what we have heard from BC, the roster is pretty much such with maybe a few minor tweaks here and there. The roster as it stands:

Quincy Acy
Alan Anderson
Andrea Bargnani
Jose Calderon
Ed Davis
Demar Derozan
Landry Fields
Aaron Gray
Amir Johnson
Linas Kleiza
Kyle Lowry
Terrence Ross
Ben Uzoh (probable 3rd string)
Jonas Valanciunas

I think the rest of the Eastern Conference just "liked" this roster on Facebook.

although Lowry apparently reminds some people of chris paul so there's that

MIP - Andrea Bargnani (If he can repeat last season's first half without the injuries, legit chance at MIP). (I also think Kyle Lowry may have some league-wide MIP considerations if he can stay healthy as well.
Best surprise - Terrence Ross (Don't sleep)
Biggest Buzzkill - Jonas Valanciunas (I think he'll need time to adjust, and cause of foul trouble early on)
Long Term Keeper: - Kyle Lowry/Jonas Valanciunas
GTFO - Jose Calderon (Sorry Jose, full of class, but I think this will be his last season here...)

He was having an all star year before injury last season and will only get better with another year of Casey + addition of K-Low

MIP- Lowry

He believes he is an elite PG but has never had the opportunity to really open up and do what he can do. Now is his chance to step up.

Best surprise - Jose / Ross (tie)

Jose because the fans trying to run him out of town will realize that with another year under Casey and playing a reduced role where he isn't exposed as much, he is able to come on during offensive slumps and ignite the team like a vet guard should.

Ross was considered a mistake of a pick by many, and over valued by the Raps, but I believe by the All Star Break he will be cemented as their premier perimeter scorer while continuing to evolve his physical game.

Long Term Keeper- Val

Obvious. His upside is huge, especially in a league that has stopped producing traditionals 5s. His high motor will also keep him in the running for fan fav.

GTFO - Davis

I like Ed, but if Acy develops as expected, and Amir looks as good as he did when I saw him recently, Ed and his humble pie approach will be shipped out by the deadline.

I would rather have DD return as our MIP with our biggest surprise being Ed Davis. I'm just not that hopeful in either player but Ed was never handed the starting 2 spot which is why I still hold a bit of hope in him.
