OT: Wizards Eye NBA Finals This Season

This is why i'm glad we lost a hard fought 7 game series. Expectations will be tempered for us this year. The goal is to make the 2nd round and if we do that, this season is a success.

Wizards made the conference semi's due to a favorable match up. Now its conference finals/NBA finals or bust for them.

Boston "could" win the title too. Anything "could" happen.

I have nothing to say, they beat a team with Noah and Jimmy Butler as it's two best players and now think they are elite.

Not happening. I would love for us to face the Wiz in the first round so we can lay them a whooping. Then KD would have no choice but to sign with us.

Can't wait to play them and crush them like we always do. Doesn't matter who's playing on which team team, we always have WASH's number.

Wizards are this year's Pacers, lots of hype behind them.

I hate to say it but IF (and this is a big if) Nene and Gortat stay healthy, Pierce stays healthy and connects with this team, and Beal and Wall make a big jump this year, they MAY be able to go far. But that is a BIG IF.

Still, the Cavs look like the team to beat. But in a 7 game series if Lebron struggles, Gortat and Nene (Hump and Blair too) will have their way with Love and Varejao.

Lots of ifs. I like that the Raptors are not being overhyped, that way we can shock the world again and stay humble while doing it.

A favorable matchup which they took advantage of. The name of the game is to exploit your matchup and while teams were trying strategically position themselves to face and beat us, we were simply happy to have made it.
