Don't you have to win both LVSL & the preseason to be annointed the favourite?

6-1 or something like that, just like this year. Leafs and Rap always seem to play well in preseason lol

cuz we always had depth but lacks elite superstars.

Our only loss was game 2 against the Kings where we didn't try at all.

Anyway, this preseason pretty much confirms our bench depth. It stood up to the test against the other teams in the league.

We didn't have to overplay our starters and in some games didn't play starters.

We played our deepest bench against OKC the entire 4th and still beat them by 19. It is one thing to "not care" but truth is, preseason is the battle of the benches. 'Durantless' sure, but Westbrook played more minutes than any of our starters did and most of the game was a bench battle, our bench proved better on the road.

Raptors worked the Knicks using basically only bench, Carmelo & Amare played quite a few more minutes than our starters did. Lowry didn't play, Val didn't play, Derozan played 10 minutes. Again on the road.

Dude, it was a soft preseason schedule and really I wouldn't read too much into it one way or the other.

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.
