I think so, we had a thread a few days ago.

How quickly people forget how unimpressive Delon was during summer league... good for him to get playing time at 905... PG position is raps least worry....

yessss!!! with the schedule becoming much softer going ahead, maybe we can start giving lowry rest days. it'll give us a good idea of what cojo and wright bring just in time for the trade deadline!!!

I could not find the highlights for it, but this is from last season. Demar & Kyle sat out and we kept the game competitive with nice games from Delon, Norm and others. Delon would provide a lot of different looks, especially while letting Kyle play the 2.

Good. He needs to show something and make Cojo more expendable in the off-season. This team has holes to fill and Cojo will be up for a big raise after next season. I'd like to see Delon get some time on the floor with Bebe. Delon was drafted as a pick and roll expert on offense and that's where Bebe does all his damage offensively.

He's a well-rounded offensive point guard that is a very good playmaker, but is also able (and willing) to get his own shot.

He reminds me of Larry Hughes a bit, with his ability to play both guard spots seamlessly. Delon has that feel, smoothness to his game that comes naturally; it's something you can't teach.

That is where we are stupid , If Masai is going to make some trades he should have Poeltl and Siakam and Delon and maybe even Norm all kicking ass in the D league making other teams drool over them early enough so we can trade them if we need to . But instead most of them are sitting up here twiddling their thumbs and no one will know how good they are .

my only issue with him is that he's a terrible jump shooter. any pg that can't shoot is going to have issues when he plays alot of minutes. the hope is that he can play 15-20 mins a night so we can move cojo.

No teams drool over guys putting up numbers in the D-League. There's nothing impressive about that.

Well it has to be better than sitting them on the bench where no one gets to see them play . But yes it should mean something it means they aren't total scrubs like Bruno .

So according to you Bruno is just as good of a prospect as Norm and Peoltl and Delon and it doesn't matter at all that Bruno plays there like crap and say Norm dominates every game he plays .

People care about players sucking in the D-League. It's all downside risk.

Also, D-League play doesn't just wipe out NBA play (Norman) or draft pedigree (Poeltl). So no, that's not what I'm saying at all.

The D-League can certainly prove that a player is NOT ready for the NBA. But playing well in the DL doesn't prove that a player can hang in the big league.

Lots of excitement for a guy who's not likely to get much burn with the big club.

Return to Toronto Raptors
