Why do people feel the need to hedge strongly on every move?

Worst ever, best ever, robbery, steal.

Noel really isn't great and will have to be paid market value this summer. I also think he's going to have trouble being a full-time starting center as his frame is too small. The league might be getting small at the 2/3/4, but 5s are still damn big and Noel gives up a ton of weight and strength to the Deandre, Drummond, Adams, Gobert, Boogies of the league. Even guys like Towns, Porzingis, Davis, Horford have a good 20 lbs. on Noel. At a position where physical dimensions mean so much, he's going to go out every night against someone bigger and stronger than him, many of whom have better offense as well.

Both teams did fine given the tough situations both are in.

Edit: saw the 2 seconds after posting. Not as good of a trade for philly, but I still think Noel is being way overrated here.

Not only will they not get a 1st round pick, they have to wait a year to get 2nd round picks.

Just terrible for the 76ers. They were better off just holding him until the offseason.
