Clippers might want to dump PJ Tucker and his player option.

McDaniels for Tucker, cash and 1st round pick. That would save them like over $10 million with taxes.

I had high hopes after watching him in Philly and seeing several of those fans upset he didn't get a rotation shot. What a bust.

That said, people are overreacting. He's being paid NBA poverty wages at $4.65M on short term. This is very easily movable. The team should always takes shots like this at guys who might have upside. Some will bust, some may get sucked into a gambling scandal and hopefully some might work out.
