This really sucks. I hope him and Randle could get healthy asap. Knicks were looking dominant

OG is probably my fav Raptor ever, but he's so brittle. Part of the reason is the way he plays. He's going 100% every possesion on offense and defense. It wears the body down big time. His defensive play style combined with his bully ball is taxing on his body, he's already had an ACL surgery when he was in college. I hope for his sake he gets healthy, he's too good to be sidelined this often.

I'm hopeful this isn't a big setback. He'll miss next game in Denver but after that they have 4 softer games. Hope he'll be back in that stretch, with the elbow settled down and healed better
There goes my hero. Watch him as he goes.

Og is amazing talent. Would love to have him... but he has a long history of missing games due to injuries...

Things would really look bleak if we did not trade him before this happened and then he just walked away in the summer.

I bet Dolan is talking to NBA right now asking how he can get Pistons pick back because he got damaged goods. He must be fuming.

OG was due for an injury this year unfortunately. He is always injured and Thibs was playing him tons of minutes. It really sucks, but he'll still get paid.

Time for another update to the lawsuit.

I remember when dudes here got so defensive when I called OG injury prone. Dude is too unreliable.

I find whenever you hear someone say "but they're fluke injuries" or "it's not like he's injuring the same body part over and over".....they are talking about a guy who is, simply put, injury prone.

For whatever reason not only is OG injury prone he is also a notoriously slow healer. I don't know if it's bad luck or bad karma but I can't remember and OG injury recovery timeline that wasn't at least 25% longer than the originally expected.

Really feel bad for OG. He’s a very important piece for that team. His durability is a huge concern though. Masai did incredibly well to get the deal that he got especially with how both of our guys have played.

The annual tradition of an OG injury continues.

It might end up being our 2nd best trade ever.

You are all disgusting for celebrating OG's injury as some sign we won the trade. It's just a projection of your low self esteem

in no way, celebrating OG injury

Here's an interesting thought. The Knicks may have been OK with giving OG a blank cheque given how he started with the team, but you've got to believe that first-hand experience with his injury problems might make them think twice now. If that's the case, is there a possibility here that Toronto creates some extra room by dumping Brown + Boucher and make a strong near-max bid for OG?

Would you rather give OG 40x4 million or would you rather pay GTJ 17x3?
I'd prefer to go after OG.

Who is celebrating exactly?
What an absolute failure and disaster this franchise is, ran by one of the most incompetent front offices in the league.

I hate to break it to ya'll but in case it wasn't already clear, OG no longer wanted to be in Toronto.

Return to Toronto Raptors
