Why?

I wouldn't mind seeing OG do well. It's not like we'll be in the playoffs.

1. Brunson is a superstar
2. OG is damn good (we already knew this even though the rest of realgm didn't)
3. Thibs is a great coach
4. Hartenstein really stepped up with Mitch out of the lineup

I was listening to one of the knicks post game interview and Thibs talked about how important it was that they played as a team. When Brunson is getting double teamed he would look for the open man. OG fits perfectly in this system.

Contrast to us last year where Nurse was all about isolation. He enabled FVV and Pascal to just iso all game while OG, Barnes and whoever else would just be standing around. Icy cold take, Nurse was a very overrated coach. I'm watching Thibs right now and he would coach circles around Nurse.

Really hope the Clippers win it, they look like they have it this year. Celtics also should conceivably win it, but Tatum is always below average in the playoffs and who knows about Porizingis.
2019 Eastern Conference All Stars

Derozan
Lowry
Ibaka
Valanciunas
Van Vleet
Delon Wright
Lebron
Embiid

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

Clippers are a force. They are legitimate threats to win. West is going to be very tough. Celtics should be able to walk through everyone in the East. Their team is stacked. It could finally be their year.

Knicks play iso ball as much as the Raptors do.

The key difference between our team and there’s is Brunson.

He’s better than Siakam, Randle in the regular season is as good as Siakam. That’s a huge difference in how you’re going to be set up for success.

Life is just much easier for complimentary players when you have a dude that can average 30 a night as your first option.

Whenever I watch them, they just take turns ISOing Brunson and Randle. There is very little ball movement. It is worse than what we did with Pascal and Fred.

I think that's the best thing for them to do given their roster just like it was the best thing for us to do last year. We were far better offensively last year than this year. It's not particularly exciting though. That's the problem.

I see the Warriors got the same treatment as the Raptors when playing the Lakers. 43-16 free throw discrepancy.

Same. It's gonna be up to jokic to serve my ongoing pettiness directed towards the clippers lol. I see the west as a two team competition when it comes down to it. If reasonably healthy the clippers and nuggets will destroy everything in their path until they face each other.

Watching the clippers win a chip is gonna sting. I hate their owner. I hate their primmadonna locker crap about some guys given special privileges. I hate their whole concept of a team. Hate hate hate lol.

My fellow rap fans....we are all jokic/murray when it comes to the western conference finals.
