We have a better chance at a top4 pick than staying at 6 (and no, 5th pick is impossible), so have that expectation that it will be top4 or conveyed.

I am not a scout and I don’t follow college/intl basketball therefore my opinion does not mean much at this point.

For the Indy pick, so far it would be one of Salaun, Dunn, Missi maybe Smith.

Still more time to forge a more solid and educated opinion.

How many good players chosen between where originally would had landed and where we eventually picked?

It’s easy to assume the best player in that span would’ve being drafted by us

Also Koloko got medical/health. No reason to think he could not otherwise have a solid career

Top 6: Cody Williams. I don’t care who his brother is , he fits the eye test (to me) of a borderline all-star who puts up 20 a night, spreads the floor, and plays D.

Pacers Pick: Ryan Dunn. Plays hard, best defender in class. Maybe he figures it out offensively in our development system, and he really turns into something special.

Pistons pick: Edey. I think he’s Boban 2.0. Not great for a lottery pick, but fantastic as a second rounder.

We shouldn't have our heart set on the top 6 pick until after the lottery... it's just going to cause total devastation if we don't get it after dealing with this ugly season lol.

Interesting. I don't know Avila. Guess I should look into him. I'm a Cody Williams doubter. But I trust our scouting department. Flipowski would be a steal with the Pacers pick so Scratch. Unlikely that one mate.

he looks super intriguing with exciting projectability

see for a "weak draft" if we kept all picks and came away with: Williams/ Filipowski/Kolek/ Chomche to pair with Barnes/Quickley/Barrett/Dick/Poeltl the rebuild couldve been a retool.

I don't see much separating Topic from Kolek and kolek can shoot lights out unlike Topic.

I like Clifford as well. Very smooth and athletic. Can do a bit of everything on offense, good defensive player.
