Pretty sure he meant since the existence of the team...
Anyways OP I guess the Thunder would count on your list since we've played them only once and lost to them that one time we played them.
Wait didn't we beat the Lakers once?

I'm pretty sure the Raptors have beaten every team in the league before. Oklahoma, if you don't consider them as the Seattle Supersonics, are probably the only team they haven't beaten.

Click Here for Raptors all-time head to head records if you're interested.
They've beaten every franchise at least once except the Oklahoma City Thunder. The website uses the same record as the Sonics though. I'm sure they did the same for Vancouver/Memphis... Charlotte/New Orleans...

Re: Which NBA team besides the Lakers...
Isn't it ironic that we have never beaten the OKC Thunder despite the fact they're a new team with the worse record in the NBA. Then again, we've only faced them once so it would be unfair I guess.

How is that ironic? Are you listening to Jagged Little Pill and trying to make up your own song lyrics again?
Let me break this down...
Isn't it ironic that we have not beat a team that is new and that we have only faced once? How is that ironic?
Honestly, this makes no sense!

Re: Which NBA team besides the Lakers...
...it wouldn't be fair, except for the fact that the Thunder are currently 4-30 including the win against the Raptors. The other 3 teams they've beaten have a combined record of 29-74 (.282) and one of those teams (the Warriors) had already previously beaten the Thunder in their first meeting. That loss was inexcusable.
