This was the move to get back under the luxury tax. At least we get to keep Voskuhl, and Humphries as a trading chip.

Why would any team want him?? Why would any team take on his salary in return for a pick. Even if the Clips gave up nothing, why would they want him?

Trades have to be coming at this point. Were too short on the 2 and the 3 spot for practice purposes at this point. Something has to happen now.

Not a bad deal at all. A second is frankly more than I would have expected. It won't come until about 2030 though. Let's start the campaign to draft LeBron's kid.

Who knows but I wouldn't argue. That second round pick could be 30-35 range. Not to bad for Adams.

Not at all. I see this trade more to get under the tax, with the signing of Voshkul, they went over the tax, now with this trade they are under. Nothing more.

^^^ We didn't really fleece the clippers. We actually paid them cash equalling Hassan's salary to get rid of him. Clippers have the cash now so they wont be paying him out of their own pockets. The secon round pick is heavily protected which means that we won't get it unless the clippers have the top-2 record in the NBA that year.

If anything, we lost money by signing Hassan to a f'in guaranteed deal in the first place!
