Well the point is he threw it at the lower part of his leg. Thats enough for an ejection but not a suspension. Its not like that would have hurt or anything. If he threw it at his face then I can see him being suspended for a few games. That hurts like a b*tch when you get hit in the nose with a ball.

Even the slightest touch on an official, your getting suspended, or maybe not even. (e.g - The Maple Leafs goalie Martin Gerber last week shot a puck towards a ref, but it didn't even hit him, 3 games right there.)
