This guy is trying to squeeze Charlie for money and actually hired a lawyer who came up with the sentence "he's suffering from pain and suffering". You tell me.

In the USA this type of crap happens all the time. Athletes, celebs and anyone with wealth provide easy targets and in most instances it's easier and cheaper to settle out of court. I hope this case either gets tossed, or I hope that this guy actually suffers from suffering. I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure most people who suffer, surely suffer from some sort of suffering.

I believe it is possible to suffer without suffering by any sort of suffering.

Case: The economy goes down and I'm now broke. I'm suffering due to lack of cash, and not from suffering. It will pick up, I'm sure, but I believe I am suffering without suffering by any sort of suffering.

Maybe I misunderstood the lawyer's interpretation and maybe we should bring in the experts???
