Who are Jarrett Jack and Antoine Wright to say anything?

We're losing games, and the team is playing bad defense right now... really bad horrible defense, but what I don't like the most about this toxic situation is the negativity from our players. This is never a good thing in the locker-room (hey it might actually turn out for the best in the end), but right now it's toxic.

Who the hell is Jarrett Jack to call out our coach and players to the press. Why didn't someone call out his ass when he couldn't hit a shot or pass the ball without turning it over? As for Antoine Wright this guy should be the last guy to open his mouth... know your role and shut your mouth. I hope Colangelo gives everyone a tongue lashing. Sure things aren't going well right now, but don't go to the press about it.

EDIT: Ok I take what I said above back alittle... I just watched the Jarrett Jack interview.
I read tibits of what he and Wright had to say (honestly I didn't want to see it), but I agree with eveything Jack said.

I don't want a bad situation to turn even worse in the locker room.
An atmosphere where ppl are pointing fingers at everyone is not a good one.

I understand what Jack is trying to do but wright shouldnt be talking considering the way he plays.

To be honest im glad they did... this issue has been going on for FAR TO DAMN LONG. i could care less about it going public... that should only open BC's eyes even more and put him in a position to act accordingly. They arent that great of players to be talking smack but someone had to do it...

If the coaches don't want to acknowledge how bad we are defensively then I sure as hell hope that the players do, even if it's players on the bench who are playing terribly.

If your on the team then your part of the problem.

and they will be honored by the fans for stepping up... something none of our players could do all this time. The rest of the team just says ohh we lost, next game guys...next game... and next game...repeatedly throughout the entire season.

So we already have a soft team, and we want our players to be even softer by not saying anything at all?? I don't care what role you have on the team, i'm glad some players have the guts to say something because I doubt our "core" guys would speak up about it.

Did I say anything about not saying anything? Players can talk with each other in the locker room in fact if we had any leader on this team it would have been addressed, but sometimes when you go to the press it makes a bad situation worse.

Sometimes you have to speak up if your superiors are either gutless or too caught up in the problem to say something.

Sorry to tell these 2 guys but they do not really have the clout for their comments to mean much. I don't really take them as being particularly insightful or authoritative.
