Give credit where credit is due- if Rudy is hyped, so am I.

Two months is too long to wait!

That's one of the best hype vids I've seen :)

Here's another video of Gordon working out:

Made a chart of expected win totals using ORTG/DRTG ranking and point differential. 10 years of data. October needs to come now!

This chart is badass. Thank you very much. Hope we stay in the green.

Article on Trey. The Jazz haven't told him he is the starter, which aligns with the Larsen report that Raul Neto is a legitimate candidate to start day one. He knows that this is his last chance, even if he didn't earn. Godspeed Trey.

At this point I'm sure he'll settle for average NBA point guard speed...
Draft Nate Wolters - FAILED
Keep Nate Wolters - FAILED

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

Any interest in taking a feeler on Kendall Marshall? He's coming off an ACL and might not be ready for the season, but I've always liked his game. He's become a solid three shooter over time.

I think that doesn't sound good for Cooley. But I prefer Withey to him so I don't mind it.

I'm not sure I like Kendall Marshall. He's a borderline NBA player and we already have 3 of them at the PG spot.

I like the idea Marshall. Great passer and above average spot up 3 point shooter. I would trade or release Cotton because I think Marshall has more long term potential as a backup point guard. The downside is he's a poor defender but for a backup I could deal with that.

Looks like the last roster spot will come down to Cooley, Withey, and Johnson. Outside chance Johnson beats out Millsap for his spot too.

Rough year for Huertas last season, but he's still probably better than any PG on our roster.

He's probably using us as leverage to get more money.

edit: on the other hand, only 2 teams(from the West) have the capspace to sign him - Utah and Portland. All others will have to use various exceptions and most would be severely limited in the $ they can give him.

Strong possibility for sure. I might prefer Temple anyways. I wonder if the TV money actually persuades these guys to come over next year. Many teams, like us, are going to have a ton of use it or lose it money. Teo would be my #2 behind Conley.
