Game 82: Utah Jazz (31-50) @ Golden State Warriors (45-36)

Post#1 » by Inigo Montoya » Sat Apr 13, 2024 10:15 am

The Jazz chose to win the Clippers game for whatever reason so now it comes down to the last game of the season to cement whether they get the #8 pick or the #9th. A loss would ensure the 8th, as would a Nets win. If the Jazz and Nets end up with the same record there will be a coin toss to break the tie.

Oh, and there's also a game happening against the Warriors, I guess.

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

Warriors need the win if they want to climb or at least be at home 1st game of play in, we don't. I don't think we win.

Early game, those always take me by surprise.

Klay with 19 points before the halfway of the second quarter. Looking like he'll make his 31.

The Nets lost, so if the Jazz want to keep that 8th pick and not potentially fall to #9 they need to lose this one.
