Why would Presti do that? Do you think Houston is going to pay a 2nd round pick to dump his salary? Do you think Presti would need to give up value for a cheerleader? At this point in his career and how OKC plays Adams is an inferior backup center to Jaylin Williams.

One day you're gonna get sick of asking stupid questions and being wrong! That day is not today.

Enjoy the 1st seed and the bright future ahead.

Adams might be my favorite Thunder player all time but he's the exact opposite of what OKC is looking for. We are looking at versatile bigs that can drive and shoot. We might need to add a better back up but I doubt we will bring a traditional big man that can't shoot and is too slow for OKC's current playing style.

Would love Adams to come back to OKC to finish his career but I don't see any minutes for him.

It would be a nice gesture to have him return for what Bismack is providing this end-of-season. However, like Dadouv said... He's just not the answer or the same player he was when he was here. After this patella surgery who know how mobile he'll be (and on his best days he was not that quick). He's a good dude, and beloved in the city, I'm always rooting for him!

I do like the idea of finding a post player like WCJ, who is a bit younger, can shoot, and isn't on a killer contract/in a role where ORL may prioritize Isaac instead of him. I'd really like to see this move happen instead of re-signing Hawyard.

Finishing first in the West is really an awesome accomplishment for such a young group. Regardless of what happens from here on out, I'm really proud of them and proud to be a Thunder fan.

That’s a wrap to a good regular season.

Didn’t even think we could secure home court for the playoffs.

Haven’t been posting for a while cause I didn’t want to keep reading about Presti of the past and about bringing back former players. Let’s do that in the offseason and get behind these guys for the playoffs

Can’t wait to see who we get .

A lot of noise about the fact that the Lakers should/might tank the game against the Pels...don't think they will but maybe they won't take the game against the Pels with the same energy as they should.

pretty ballsy to tank a game in order to willingly enter into a 1 and done scenario.

I know, but it's a very risky play. The margin for error in any one-game eliminator are pretty thin. What happens if LA plays kind of flat vs NOLA and then carries a little awkward hangover into the game against SAC/GSW. they could be out just as quickly

If I'm LA, I'm saying win and get in, they don't want to face in-state rivals that played better against them in the RS.

I just hope we don't get stuck with a late game Sunday. I hate that crap. Got the whole weekend and they stick us with a late game while the Clippers are probably going to be hosting an afternoon game.

Sorry, getting my anger out of the way in advance of what I expect the schedule to be.

at the end of the day, great teams don't worry about that stuff. They subscribe to the belief that you're gonna have to beat a bunch of great teams eventually, no point trying to duck anyone.

Yeah, Im in that mindset too. There's not many people saying that LA wants revenge on Denver for last year's result. They can absolutely steal G1 or G2 in DEN as early rounds some teams are still figuring out how to raise their level for the playoffs. I don't think LA beats DEN in a series this season but I DO Think they play better and make the Nuggs work for it a lot more to the tune of 4-2 DEN win.

Well deserved

Presti biggest credit in this rebuild was to finally hire a good coaching staff (that and the JDub pick).

I think the Pels are underrated and could be a major issue. They can defend pretty well and if both Zion and Ingram are healthy, it can be very difficult. But yeah I would rather avoid the Lakers 100%...that's the only team I would not consider favorites against.

For my G League lovers: we are in the G League finals, the OKC Blue are up 63-40 on the Maine Celtics on ESPNU rn!
