S.Brooks Is Making Durant the Biggest Looser of All Time. Stop Him.

Post#1 » by nk657 » Sat Jan 10, 2015 2:14 am

I only joined this forum to rage. I want to express my sorrow to someone my sadness my anger.

I am from Greece and I had enough.

I cant stop watching my favorite players, and my favorite team being constantly abused by Mr. Brooks

There are no excuses, no excuses at all. Westbrook, and Durant, are the most talented duo since the Jordan and Pipen Era.

Ibaka is a talented significant addition.

R Jackson is a scoring machine, the best 6th player in the league.

With the addition of D Waiters the bench is more than complete.

Please stop this ridiculous coach before making KD the biggest looser of all time

Post in your blogs. Write in the forums, get him out, get him fired. Write to S.Presti

No one else cant see what is going on? That is not a basketball they are playing. There is no passing the ball at all. No team work.
There is only individual play.

They are getting Kicked by Jazz tonight. BY WHOO? Thunder executives are sleeping. Sorry for the rough language but

I like when Durant is loose, but he plays better when he is fired up.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

Did you see that dunk Eli Manning had on Alex Rodriguez during the Hanshin Tigers vs. Toronto Maple Leafs game?
Great dunk, game changing play.

I cant wait to see the Chiefs and Hornets go at it tonight, im betting the Hornets will get 9 home runs and the Chiefs will get 14 three pointers.

they probably wont fire scott brooks because he's been with them since p.j. carlesimo was fired and developed great chemistry with them. it'll take them being out of the playoffs for him to be fired imo.

more like no excuses for durant.

Best Point guard
Best 6th man
Best defender and versatile sg
top 3 pf and best defensive
future HOF and top 15 center
best post defender
Best 7th man and top scorer
best 3 point shooter
most athletic back up point guard

Brooks can only do so much, its up to durant to advance with a championship caliber team.

Also, to inform you, I've spoken with administrators and if you continue this in the Thunder forum, you can and will be banned. It is derailing discussion and against the TOS. So I suggest you stop as this is the final warning.

I share your opinion, but I still can not call them the biggest losers of all time.

The same could be said for Barkley,Malone,Stockton,Miller,Ewing,...they dont have a ring, but not losers for sure !!

Brooks record is every bit as good, if not better than SVG.

And SVG had Shaq and Wade in Miami, and Howard in Orlando.

SVG has had seven complete seasons, two partial ( including this one )

Brooks has five complete seasons, two partial ( including this one )

SVG 384 wins 232 losses........... pct .623

Brooks 311 wins 189 losses ..... pct .622

Playoffs

SVG 48 wins 39 losses ............... pct .552

Brooks 39 wins 34 losses .............................pct .534

SVG

Finals--- once

ECF --- twice

Conf Semi --- twice

Two first round outs

Brooks

Finals -- once

WCF -- three times

conf semi -- once

One first round loss

And Brooks has done this with a young team, that is perpetually young. He's not had veteran star players, like Shaq and Dwade.

By Saying SVG , i guess you mean Stan Van Gundhi.

I dont see your point. If you want to point out that SVG is on a pretty much same level with S. Brooks, I definitely agree.

But if you try to point out, that SVG is a successful coach, who managed to take advantage of the immerse talent of his players I would totally disagree.
SVG has done little..... Ok i give him a very good season with Orlando, when they reached the FInals. Also SVG had only Howard, in Orlando, and in Miami, a veteran hall of famer as you correctly said, and the rookie Wade. That could be a good excuse for him.
Eventually someone could say that SVG, in his younger days, was a better coach thant S. Brooks.

But Thunder's Roster is by far superior.

And you cant measure some things with numbers. Many amazing coaches have a lower winning regular season percentage than S. Brooks and SVG.

Chuck Daily .593
Larry Brown .548
and Pat Riley which has pretty much the same .636

Tonight a new loss, at least this time, from a good team (Memphis).
The Play-Off target becomes a harder task each day.Notice how better Warriors are this year. Same roster , different coach.
They thought this team had better potentials with another coach, and they were right.

Scott Brooks' future in OKC in doubt

The Oklahoma City Thunder are uncertain about bringing back head coach Scott Brooks next season, Yahoo Sports’ Adrian Wojnarowski reports.

Several league sources close to Brooks have doubts about his job security.

Happy Happy news. Finally some people begin to wake up down there in Oklahoma.
if anyone thinks that the presence of KD would make a difference in the playoffs for Thunder , they are wrong. They would pass the first round maybe the second one, struggling, but they will never get the ring with Brooks on the boat. And that is the goal isn't it?

There's what reasoning for this? Haven't they done that, ya know, every year since they've been there? When they haven't been missing one of the big three, they've made at minimum the WCF. For the love of....
