I think we are underselling how much internal improvement we should expect from the second youngest team in league history who all appear to love the game and have balls of steal.

I'll add that I don't believe a star is really what we need anyway. Holmgren should be ready next year. That's a big addition. But we already have SGA, Giddey, and Jalen. This roster is going to get expensive at some point. I think it's just as important to find the guys that provide on-court value without the premium price tag and you don't need high draft picks to acquire those. I'm sure Presti appreciates the value of guys like Kendrich and Wiggins when building out a roster. We need some size. Beyond that, most of what we need is just the time required to let this roster mature. As needs become more apparent, we have the assets to address those needs.

So I am confused surely the playin wins don't count against our regular season record pertaining to our draft position.

exactly. If we lose, we get our "pre play in" record/pick position. If we win, 15th pick I think.

I believe. I’m picking the boys to win. Minny is banged up and in disarray. Run ‘em off the floor, fellas.

I think Gobert/KAT missmatch gonna be too difficult to overcome but I also thought the Pelicans were gonna win so...

Let’s go ! I think we can win this .

They may be more talented but I think we have the better chemistry right now .

Joe looks terrible. Why don't we play Wiggins?

Shai missing some easy shots (at least for him)

Clearly not playing well, but these refs blow.

yeah. Can't complain about the Gobert elbow though but many KAT charges not called.

Lack of ball movement tonight is weird. JDub was hurt last game and it looks worse tonight.

Both play in games just showing what we need: shooting and size. Hope Chet will be healthy but I hope Presti at least sign a guy.

That was a great season guys!

After the Chet injury I thought this would be a lost season and it was the best one since...2017 maybe? Shai becoming a superstar, JDub crazy rookie season and Giddey taking another leap. Other than talent, the fact that our guys looks so hungry to win and happy to play with each other is so good and makes me optimistic about our future. Gonna need some obvious improvements during the Summer...hope Presti can make at least 1 or 2 good moves.

Wemby dream is still alive for some weeks ;)

I don't expect them to do this, but I think they should make Giddey available for draft day trades. He's the one guy who I think could move the needle in a meaningful way and I'm just not sold on him as untouchable.

I would rather keep Giddey but I don't think it's crazy to consider trading him. What would you want in a potential Giddey trade though?

Not sure at this juncture but I do feel like this team suffered a lot from lack of guys who could finish at the rim. No vertical spacing in our offense at all.

My dream-target would be Franz Wagner

But Orlando won't trade him for Giddey.
