It is interesting, but I'm not sure what else will happen or if it is too newsworthy other than the previous owner is probably in big money trouble. The lawsuit seems like something that will be settled out of the news unless we keep up with it. SGA is attempting to receive a reneg on the initial sale to get his capital investment into the house back ?
The value of that mansion will be affected in what way with this story ? That's probably the basis of this legal action.
Obviously an NBA player like SGA is going to move to a different location if he feels threatened at that house. Sweet place though, looks like what an NBA player should own.
