Dumb comment. He's had a good tournament and is allowed a bad game

This is my I was upset the AUS lost in semis, they would put up a better fight in the finals.

They don't deserve to get a shot , and who knows. Maybe they get destroyed too.

I still find it funny that GS fans think Durant is going to be some off-the-ball wizard. Watching KD in this environment is just like watching him in OKC. He stands around up top calling for the ball. He always wants the ball in isolation situations. Has no desire to really move around unless the ball is in his hands.

That said, when KD is hot, your team has no chance. Feed the beast and let him shoot. He will bury you single-handedly. The guy is flat out unguardable when his shot is falling, and especially so when the opposing team just doesn't have the height or athleticism to even contest his shots.

They had a strange meltdown, but Serbia is just too small a nation not to have all their best players.

Durant is the only US player who is a bonafide 'superstar'.

That's some great IQ -- KD goes nuclear in the first half, and Melo and Kyrie are out here forcing up junk.

Irving can't defend to save his life.

Serbia really isn't moving the ball. They look completely different compared to their last few games.

He might always be iso-oriented, but he's going to be a lot better. He's never played with a team that can spread the floor and share the ball like this. Not even close.

US defense has alot to do with that, they are pressuring the hell out of the ball handler

This team always gets complacent offensively. That's why they can never finish games off early.

Balkans are more emotional in their play usually. Not always good at handling an early setback. Same in football and other sports.

I'm a big fan of Irving and his individual talent, but when it comes to organizing an offense and getting the team into sets, Lowry is doing a better job, despite his clearly inferior abilities.

US came with a lot more intensity than the last game they played, Serbia just looks demoralized. This is more like the 2014 FIBA World Cup Finals.
