So this team is beginning to feel at least a little bit like mine. Last year I picked up Ersan and that worked out well. This year I picked up Jack, and traded out Bargs for Lin. Bargs rank 158, Lin rank 67 so far, so that has worked out well (unless I just jinxed it). Now if only I could: get back my first draft pick ever in this league, Larry Sanders; and not have drafted Jimmer freakin Fredette.

I'm sure I'll hold Henson for two seasons, just like Sanders.. then drop him in the playoffs after he's done nothing, planning to pick him up asap, and then have him picked up by another team and finally bust out for them after being on my bench two seasons.

First I want to say, I could not be more proud of our guys. To think just three maybe four weeks ago we were in tenth. But some of the vets really stepped up and they let the young guys know that it's a lot more fun playing for the championship than for theWritersBlock Memorial Cup.

I don't know what got into Paul but he's been playing like he's 27. Carmelo has been very good since coming back from injury and the young guys are really putting it together. Avery and Jimmy are getting steals, Isaiah is scoring like a man possessed.

That's not to say we don't have room to improve. We need to start rebounding a lot better.

Now we need to focus on round one. We face a very tough Dynomoose team that really handled us earlier in the season. But I think what the guys have been through the last couple weeks has prepared them. It's basicly been playoff basketball for us the last three weeks so our guys are ready.

I don't think they are tired. They can be tired in three weeks. Right now we need to win some games.

Doh. Starting off playoff week with unset lineups across all my teams. Was working late last night and forgot all about it then and today.

I guess I am just happy to be in the playoffs. Losing Love, Gortat, Varejao, Rondo, and Richardson ended any chances I had at a championship.

You only missed one player game in FFDL. I don't think Sly has set his lineup in over a month.

At this moment I'd be up 6-3 instead of down 4-5 if I had set that lineup. Image

I'm oddly leading so far this week, but it can't last. Peace is out, and looks like Lawson isn't healthy and will be out at least Friday. At least I have enough scrubs that I may stream for the rest of the week.

Just wanted to confirm that I had the highest win total/winning percentage of any non-playoff team in the history of the league. First one to miss out with 100 wins.

Meh, crappy performances from my players this week. Funny how different the our matchups were over the past two weeks.

HOLY COW JOHN HENSON 22 REBOUNDS 17 POINTS 7 BLOCKS :o

I don't even care that was on my bench today. This just gets me excited for next season.

In the same game (which just entered OT), Vucevic has 25 points and 18 rebounds. I'm going to start drafting on my personal feelings more and less on common wisdom, because I saw a predraft workout of most of the center prospects in Vucevic's draft class, and he was just better than any of them including some guys ranked higher.

Lost track of things with the shittyness of my squad and no hope for the playoffs. Floppy is dominating in the playoffs. Still have tomorrow's games and I know it's a full schedule but looks like east will fall short.

I keep thinking the dominant team I inherited will fade away, but Timmy and Dirk keep on chugging along.
