Re: The Workout Thread
I'm buying a home gym on the weekend can't be stuffed actually going to a gym. Let's hope only having go travel one room helps me.

Re: The Workout Thread
Haha I'd say it would mate I'm a very fit guy in general play footy and surf and generally run 2-3 times a week I just can't bring myself to get back in a car and drive to gym after or before work as I already drive nearly 3 hours a day to work and back.
I love the idea of weights, hate they idea of driving to a busy gym at the only times I could go it would be packed.

Home gym is awesome if you have a basement you can use.
Just get a smith machine and weights and you're good.

Deal. Dohertys gym is on Flinders St, heart of the city.
And i think i read the 18 sets as 18 exercises and lost it.

I've decided I'm going to add drop sets to my Tuesday/Thursday workouts (they work different muscles so it's perfect).

Work out same muscle group 2x a week? Don't think that's overdoing it. Like all my other additions -- if it detracts from my ability to do other workouts or if I'm too sore the next time I work the same muscle group, I'll change it (I'll test it over a few weeks though and give my body some time to adjust to it).
My workouts have been great for me since I really started lifting -- got great results. That hasn't changed now that I am cutting...in fact, my results have been better than I anticipated. You always seem to get on me when I modify my workout routine.

Im just looking out for you bebe, nothing personal.
I can just foresee the body breaking down at some stage, even if it feels good atm.
I could go into an essay long post about it, but i gotta run to a meeting.

Re: The Workout Thread
Thanks Cubes. You're a good friend.
@BC_ hellll no. I think just my last sets -- Thursday it would be last set of Biceps (regular curls) and chest (DB bench). Can't do it with every set...that would be wayyy overkill. I also don't know how to go drop sets for bench. I enjoy doing 225x5-6 for 4 sets for bench. Tuesday I'll probably just do drop sets for my last tricep exercise -- don't want to risk overdoing back and getting injured. It would just be 3 sets total per week of drop sets.
