Is Tayshaun Prince the worst SF in the league?

Post#1 » by Islander » Fri May 2, 2014 12:25 am

I believe he is.

Probably the worst player in the league too.

Grizz would have been better off starting JJ and placing Prince on the inactive list. Doesn't even deserve to be in the rotation. He's absolutely useless.

In terms of value vs. salary... yeah, probably.

i hope we can trade him this offseason, if not, just amnesthy. With that, a paycut from Zbo, and no extension for Davis, we can get some quality free agent (Deng - Hayward - Ariza - Patterson)

He isnt eligible for amnesty. Only Randolph and Conley are.

We could waive him and use the stretch provision, dropping his cap number to ~$2.5mil.

Luol Deng would be epic for this squad!

That the best place that Deng can go since he can fill out on both ends for the Mavs. Deng signing a contract here would come in conflict with the Zbo signing and could put them over the luxury tax.

Yeah he's not coming here unless Prince is dumped or stretched. Still unlikely even if.

It would be pretty amazing though if we grabbed him and dealt for Afflalo. We'd finally compete for a top 3 seed if healthy.
