Wow, love the GG Jackson pick. I almost forgot about him. He's super high upside. Be very excited guys!

Interesting pick here. He was initially in the first round until his stock started dropping a couple of weeks ago. Was it his lack of defense or interviews that cause his stock to drop?

He was the #1 player in the 23 class but he reclassed. He had inconsistent performances, but he was a reclass, so he should be one of the youngest in the draft with a December 2004 birthday. The reason he fell is because there were some character concerns as he had some issues with his coach at South Carolina. He has as much upside as anyone in the lottery. It is a low risk high reward selection that should end up succeeding if we can develop him.

I thought I heard a brush of character issues being a factor a while back. I didn't follow this guy at all. Let alone look into his profile until just now. I can tell there is a bit of a temper there with him. One of those guys who wears his heart on his sleeve type of player. My concern about him further is that for as solid he's showing he is on offense, I hope he doesn't think his iso style of play makes him think he's above it all and lets it go to his head. Otherwise, the move is suitable as far as offensive output is concern. Just improve on defense, passing and temperment.

He has time, being the youngest player in the class. He has a lot of room for growth on both ends of the floor, but he would have gone 1st round if teams liked him more personally I am sure.

Last pick we have Jackson Davis available, Jazian Gortman, and SirJabari Rice. All guys who could develop into rotation guys down the road. Jackson Davis and Rice probably could make the adjustment relatively quickly. Also, almost forgot that Malcolm Cazalon would be an excellent draft and stash.

Last pick is Tarik Biberovic. Not familiar with him. I'm thinking draft and stash.

Different player SD. He is listed at 6'7 online and is an auto entry with 22 years. Considering I did significantly less draft work this year, I am not very familiar with him either. Averaged 3ppg for a solid Turkish club. The only people who would know follow European youth basketball. I do, but hadn't heard of his game. A lot of these guys on the bench for top European clubs are notoriously difficult to gauge in terms of development. For reference, I am more familiar with youth in Spain, France, and Lithuania.

I don't think we ever expect to see Tarik actually come to the NBA but why not take a random stab ha. I still am hoping we get Kendrick Davis on a two-way. Vince, KD, and GG as our three two-way guys and see if we can develop any of them in the G league. KD may get a few minutes at backup PG to start the season though I think Bane and Kennard will do most of the backup ball handling. Wouldn't hate seeing if Kennedy Chandler will come back on a two way if KD isn't going to happen.

One player i am hoping the Grizzlies could look into on a two way is Omari Moore of San Jose State. He's a combo guard 6'6 decent playmaker, has the scorer's mentality and comes across as a weakside defender at times.

Omari is solid. I have always liked his tape. I would be happy putting him on a 2way. The Bucks beat us to the punch though.

My impression is that everything down below 1st round is pure garbage. And half of 1st round likely too. May be more.

Well you are wrong. If developed properly, GG has lottery upside. You will see. Will he get there? I don't know. A lot will come down to his approach and our player development because he is so early stages. He should be going to college this coming year.

We saw how wrong that impression is with Jokic winning it this year.

I hope I am wrong and you are right man.
