Nope. We're going to be completely random with the exception of the person who won the game and the commish of the last game. I'm trying a few things new this time.

I'm not playing. I'm handling all of the game aspects, and PMOTT is assisting me and he said he isn't playing either.

I can do it, but lately it's only been netting us one or two guys.

It used to net us 5-10 guys.

With my back to back 4th place finishes, I think either my magic is gone or I need to step my game up.

Honestly, I think we need new blood in the system so to speak. I feel like things have gotten too stagnant.

Assign everyone 2 teams and contract the others - Allow 2 Intra team trades at some point (2 players moving to one team max in any one deal) so guys can either develop best two teams or best one team as a goal. (GM trades between his 2 teams directly).

Rosters have to be kept up? Make it a quick 6 week game - One contraction draft and regular 2015 draft - 1 round.

No Colusion / simultaneous deals where guys make one deal in consideration of the same GMs making a separate deal with their other teams.

Maybe if we put together a new game and guys don't get in - they will be quicker to sign up next time.
Just a idea! Good mix of active GMs are ready to go - thought PMOTT and Karma should be in with this group of GMs.

I think elongating the game/taking breaks in between games might be helpful to garner more interest and get the drive back into people.

We need to stay away from people having multiple teams. Doubling up should only happen when we've exhausted several other options, and we don't have anyone who can take them over. I'm going to shoot a few e-mails out, and drop some AIM messages. I'm going to post something in the T&T thread as well.

Yeah, I second the opinion of not doubling up on squads. I've never had two teams and never want to... just doesn't seem as competitive to me.
