I can do it, but lately it's only been netting us one or two guys.
It used to net us 5-10 guys.
With my back to back 4th place finishes, I think either my magic is gone or I need to step my game up.

We need to stay away from people having multiple teams. Doubling up should only happen when we've exhausted several other options, and we don't have anyone who can take them over. I'm going to shoot a few e-mails out, and drop some AIM messages. I'm going to post something in the T&T thread as well.
