WAS gets:
Felton $7,560,000
Matthews 6,135,000
Green $7,500,000
13 Celtics 1st

BOS gets:
John Wall $5,530,080
Trevor Booker $1,294,920
Jordan Crawford $1,120,440

WAS has more than 20M cap space so the absorb my additional 13M

We get the PG for the future a pass first version of Derrick Rose and got Crawford who is so confident on himself and we believe this confident kid can be really good even if wont reach the star level

The Wizzard confrim this deal. It is in keeping with their plan to acquire young talent on good contracts. While the price was steep in dealing the potential of John Wall and Jordan Crawford, we believe the proven performance of Felton - 17 / 8 and Matthews with the added defensive intensity he offers was worth the deal. In addition, we acquire a 2013 1st and upgrade Trevor Booker to Jeff Green who can return to his natural SF position - along with stretches at the 4 in the right matchups. With McGee, Green, Matthews the Wizzard will not suffer on the offensive end and have dramatically improved their ability to defend. Great dealing with you Yitur!

Houston and Boston have agreed to terms on a trade.

Rockets out:
Jordan Hill ($2,855,760)
Courtney Lee ($2,225,093)
= $5,080,853

Celtics out:
Jordan Crawford ($1,120,440)
Trevor Booker ($1,294,920)
Clippers' 2012 1st
= $2,415,360

Boston is able to take on the additional incoming salary. Houston does this deal as a minor move for the future. We feel like Booker's production is on par with what Hill produces at a cheaper price, and we are big fans of Jordan Crawford, as we feel like he can be a contributor for our team. The real value here is the 2012 1st, as it will likely be a decent pick in a deep draft. Good dealing, yigit!

I can get the salary it will be 100 percent+5M because I'm under luxury tax

We got our much needed PF in Jordan Hill who only has to pick and roll and wait for passes from Wall
also got Lee who has playoff experience and showed he can play in big stage in his rookie season

Whiteside was a guy we were targeting from the beginning. We like guys who are low risk/high reward. Aldrich and Robinson are just a bonus!
Kings accept. I like whiteside but I don't have time to develop him. Dump five million why not. Anderson is solid to

Houston and Toronto have a deal to announce.

Rockets out:
Kyle Lowry ($5,750,000)
TPE ($5,500,000 from Battier)
= $11,250,000

Raptors out:
Trevor Ariza ($6,790,640)
Amir Johnson ($5,500,000)
TOR 2014 1st
TOR 2013 2nd
= $12,290,640

Rockets do this deal because we have solid PG depth, and we needed Ariza's perimeter defense. We really needed a big man and Amir is a good fit next to Scola. The picks are just icing on the cake for us. Lowry was a great player for us and we wish him well in Toronto.

Deal works. Both teams are under Lux Tax, so can use 150% rule.

POR accepts. Pekovic is younger than JO and adds some offense behind Okafor. Webster fills the gap at the 2 guard by providing D and 3PT shooting (40%, 2 makes per game last 2 years).

Accepted. Wolves shed salary this season as well for the future. We add a solid veteran that is an expiring.

Lowry is a defensive wizard that is a high intensity player that keeps at it on both ends. 14/4/7 are very solid numbers, and combined with the defense he brings...just a guy I really like. Big upgrade over Bayless. Sad to see Ariza go but Granger replaced him, and we will be grabbing a big hopefully, in FA.

#20 (i guess)

Between the Spurs and the Bulls:

SAS out:

DeJuan Blair $986,000

CHI out:

Omer Asik $1,857,500

Difference in salaries is nearly 1 million, but Spurs are not tax paying team, so i could take 5 mil, using 100% + 5mil rule.

Even though i like both of these players, i feel that Asik's size and defense is more of a need for me rather than Blair's excellent offensive game. It was clearly showed in playoffs vs Grizzlies, when undersized Blair didn't make a big difference, while Asik would have helped more i guess.

Accepted. We're looking to move pieces around and we believe that DeJuan Blair is the better player. We'll take a bit of a regression on defense for the better player.

The Nets absorb the $6.4M extra salary with their $24M cap space going into the offseason.

Golden State gives up Monta Ellis to fix their starting center hole. This also continues to add to cap room.

Nets accept.

Monta Ellis is much better than Lopez

POR and SA have a trade to announce:

To Portland:
Manu Ginobili ($12,981,038)
James Anderson ($1,402,540)
Kwahi Leonard ($1,731,960)

Total: 16,115,538

To San Antonio
Gerald Wallace ($9,500,000)
Nolan Smith (1,306,920)
Luke Babbit (1,768,800)
Martell Webster ($5,256,000)
2014 POR 2nd
2015 MIN 2nd

Total: 17,831,720

Both teams under Lux Tax, so can use 100% + 5M rule, deal works.

POR accepts. We really don't like this deal, as Wallace is one of my favorite players. But Manu's scoring next to Paul will bring an amazing 3rd option to the table, Leonard's game is very similar to Wallace's, and Anderson can play a few minutes at the 2 for us.

I accept this trade #21. While i love Manu, he's old and doesn't have a lot of time left in the league. So i take a very good, younger and cheaper player in G-Force. I also hate to lose Leonard and Anderson, but i think Webster, Smith, Babbit and those 2nds is a fair compensation for them.

Numbers added. Work by both the old rule and the new rule 17.56>17.24

This was a pretty easy deal for me to accept. While his play would indicate more of a third option, his salary indicates he is a #2 player. Add on that he's only played more than 70 games once in the last four seasons and I can't justify paying him over 12 million to contribute very little. I might be buying low on Al Jefferson, but I think it isn't unreasonable to think he could return to 20/10 days with Derrick Rose running the team.

No brainer for Utah. The JAZZ agree to this trade as coaches feel the future partnership of kanter and favours starts now with millsap coming off the bench and challenging for 2012 sixth man of the year. fellow turk okur backs up kanter and becomes mentor. After the departure of AK47 the team had a gaping whole at SF. Deng feels the void and fits nicely with our young core. raja bell didnt fit with this young team and bogans exp willl clear some cap space next year. Mirotic was a lottery talent in the 2011 draft and is a nice addition for the future (2015) after he learns the trade at real madrid.

The Phoenix Suns and the Orlando Magic have agreed to the following:

Phoenix will send:

Steve Nash 11,689,062
2013 PHX 2nd

Orlando will send:

Jimmer Fredette: 1,923,600
Chris Duhon : 3,500,000
Brandon Bass: 4,000,000
Orlando 2012 1st Round PIck

Total 9,423,600 x 1.5 = 14.1

Deal works!

We hate trading away the cornerstone of our franchise for the past few years, but we needed to rebuild fast.
