Draft Rules - Please Read:
We will be drafting in the first round using 30 minutes between picks. The 2nd round will be 15 minutes between picks.

The player pool consists of players listed on the DraftExpress.com 2013 mock or the NBADraft.net 2013 mock -- picks will be denied if a player fails to be on neither of the two lists. Make sure you are using the DX Mock and not the DX Top-100, as not all those players are on both lists.

IF THERE IS EVEN A CHANCE THAT YOU WON'T BE AROUND FOR YOUR PICK SEND ME A LIST OF PLAYER PREFERENCES

*If a player is not selected by your designated deadline, I will be autopicking using DX's 2013 Mock's BPA.

Philadelphia owns #8 / # 22 (SAS) and # 24 (CHA 2nd) and PHI own 2nd # 31

Looking to upgrade (with players if you see a deal). 22 & 24 & 30 for a better pick. I would consider moving Evan Turner in the right offer

guys if you are telling me which pick you own... just tell me which team's pick you own from what round.

do not post that you own pick 27, 31, 40 etc as this list has some omissions now thanks to contraction causing some picks to vanish.

With the first pick in the 2013 NBA draft the Orlando Phantoms select:

Nerlens Noel C
19 years old, Freshman
6' 11" 216lbs
Kentucky

Why?
This is for a trade first of all. Second, if the "Owner" backs out, we have the best young defensive front court probably ever with AD and Noel. And they were both Kentucky stars at that. And Third, how could you pass on a guy named "Nerlens"?
