*I didn't enjoy this game at all. Not voting for teams who traded their franchise players (Dirk, Kobe, LBJ, KD, AD, Griffin, Curry, etc). I lose interest in these games when players like those get traded. This will be my last GMAT for a while.

Best Overall Job:

1. Nets- Got under the cap, didn't make stupid trades
2. Timberwolves - Didn't trade their Franchise player
3. Jazz - Very young, didn't make stupid trades
4. Kings - Draft picks galore, didn't make stupid trades (current GM at least)
5. Suns - Very young, didn't make stupid trades

I'm getting ready to have major oral surgery so I'm not sure how active I will be on this board in the future. Therefore, I'm posting my rankings now.

***Only voted for those who have their write ups so far***

Win Now -
Which team has the best chance(s) to win right now (this determines best win now winner)

1.) Pelicans
2.) Grizzlies
3.) Mavericks
4.) Clippers
5.) Celtics

Win Future -
Which team has the brightest future (This determines best future winner)

1.) Warriors
2.) Timberwolves
3.) Blazers
4.) Celtics
5.) Bucks

Best Overall Job-
Who did the most with the least (This determines the overall game winner)

1.) Mavericks- Only real star was Dirk and they formed a nice Big 3 (Westbrook, Griffin, Aldridge)
2.) Grizzlies- started with a lot of unwanted contracts and formed a nice starting 5 that meshes well
3.) Nets- this is a tough team to have. They cleared off like 30 million of unwanted salary and started fresh.
4.) Blazers- they have a team that can compete now AND have the 3rd and 6th picks of the 2014 draft to contribute 2-3 years from now.
5.) Warriors- they created the best win future team imo. They have tons of young stars.
6.) Clippers- they would have been higher but they have a very old team and won't be making much more Finals appearances imo. Still, back to back NBA finals appearances is very impressive.
7.) Pelicans- They would have been higher for me to if they had better defensive players. KD is the only one who can play D at this point cause okafor is going to be raw still for about 2-3 years imo.
8.) Wolves- Another extremely good rebuilding team, didn't make many trades though
9.) Celtics- They struck out much like I did trying to build a super team in FA but still played well and made good trades. Also made it to the ECF.
10.) Bucks-Good starting 5

Bonus -

Best Roster Page
1.) Whoever kept it up
2.) Whoever kept it up

Best overall trade
1.) Whoever kept the deals going
2.) Whoever kept the deals going

Side Note* I will be signing up for the next game and would love to try out OAT if anyone would be up for it! Also I don't mind being a co-commissioner for the east or west if the next commissioner needs help. I'm very active on this board and ran the entire 2015-16 NBA Playoffs.
