I think we should do this one. I'll do this 70s and on.

We can limit for example the number of All NBA (or maybe 2nd/3rd All NBA) players to two.
Will be mainly challenging with bigs of course.

Almost sure we did this exact game a few years ago.
There should be enough bigs given where the game has gone in recent years.

Some available bigs based on a quick search:
Jokic, Embiid, KG, Dirk, Horford, JJJ, Draymond, Marc Gasol, Pau Gasol, Porzingis, Brook, Arvydas, Domantas, Sheed, Bosh, KAT, Blake Griffin, Chris Webber, LMA, Myles Turner, Ibaka, Sam Perkins, Maxi Kleber, Dedmon, Matt Bonner, Gorgui Dieng
I'd argue the first 19-20 names on the list are starting-calibre players. There's enough talent to go around for everybody.

I think it's pretty difficult to beat Jokic or Giannis in their prime for the late round drafters. Giving them 4th round top pick isn't that mammoth of an advantage anyway, just a slight one that could help.
I can see the argument for Jokic, although it's not as strong without the insane value of his 2022-23 season for 14.8 FGA. Giannis I'm not even sure would be my next pick there.
Anyway, if someone ends up with, say, LeBron + Steph (perfectly plausible) plus first pick in round 3, I don't feel like we need to give them another top pick in round 4. The importance of high picks is really overblown on here at times.

The One Syllable draft. Only players with one syllable for their first or last name are valid choices.
We can use a unified source for the proper used name, like nba.com or basketball reference. Nicknames like Shaq don't count.
There are some edge cases (is Ewing one or two syllables? what about McKie?). We can define that if basketball reference states a two syllable pronunciation in their pronunciation guide (like the two examples), then player is invalid.

Head coach only?

That adds 3 MVP level guys and a decent swath of role players.
He made the playoffs a lot but there wasn’t a lot of variation in his teams.
Could add his time as an assistant too, though that feels off for the theme.
