here are the 14 teams in the lottery. 7 from the east, 7 from the west. once again, only the top 3 spots are up for grabs, everything else falls in line with the order listed below. odds of winning the a top 3 pick ar highest at 1, lowest at 14. i shall simulate only once to determine draft order. any more than that and its almost guaranteed that the top 3 spots remain with the 3 worst teams. ok, i'll get started and post in a bit.

ok, so the knicks leap over the bobcats for the 1st pick, and the clips came out of nowhere to grab a top 3 pick.
