Anyone know where I can find And-1 data?

Post#1 » by RoundMoundOfReb » Sun Aug 11, 2013 11:46 am

Like # of 3 pt and 4 pt plays and FTs made and missed on opportunities?

Edit: Just to add I'm working on something (a stat) so I would rather not go through game logs of an entire season looking for this stuff.

Thanks!

I remember an article on defending And-1's showing Shaq's impact on 82games.com. There doesn't seem to be an index to find old articles and the like though.,

Yeah, the only one I know of is hoopdata's and 1 %, but that's just the percentage of attempts that become an and 1.

Look for something like "Free throw 1 of 1" in the nba.com box scores or basketball reference. You'll have to manually differentiate between technical free throws and and-1 free throws however.
