First shot of possession stats?

I'm trying to find stats related to the first shot of every possession, independent of the following rebounding battle - e.g. how well a team defends the initial shot, prior to securing a defensive rebound. Does anyone know where I can find said stats without pulling the data myself?

I think it may be something interesting to look at, because some teams going by the eye test have excellent defense against initial shots, but then struggle to secure the defensive boards, leading to putbacks or easy shots against an out-of-position defense.
