Triangle vs. Motion offense

If this is not the right area feel free to move this moderators. It felt like the best spot.

For those who are X and O geeks (that is a compliment) what would you say are the big differences between a motion style offense and the triangle. When I have watched video they seem to be very similar.

I asked this in the Jazz forum and got no traction. The Jazz run the motion and I find it very similar to the triangle. I can point out some unique things the Jazz do that would be outside of what others do that run the motion offense. But I still don't see any giant differences between the triangle and motion.
