Best sources for 3's taken relative to score and time

hey stat gurus, i am wondering where to look for the most recent numbers evaluating how many threes are being taken at which stage in the game and wether the score has influence on it (of course the thesis is that most 3's are taken late adn while being behind). Doesnt have to be NBA only, would be interesting to analyze how different leagues deal with it. Also, is a curry effect observable?
