Alabama's Tony Mitchell is athletically gifted, jangles86, but IMO he's got some red flags heading into the draft from having been kicked off his team for a while. I wonder how that affect him in the draft.

He'll be a handy athletic Wing for any team, improved his mid range shot but still lacks a handle. Obviously had trouble with his coach, but you cant ignore the guys athletic ability.

A lot of us have agreed that Eric Gordon is a poor comp for Beal, because of Gordon's superior 1st step and athleticism.

What do you guys think about Eric Gordon as a comp for Dion Waiters? I rather like Waiters in a trade down or trade up scenario.

This has probably been posted before, but what does YODA say about the wing players we have picked in the first round over the years, i.e. Nick Young, Calbert Cheaney, Rip Hamilton, and Jeff Malone? Oh, and almost forgot- Jarvis Hayes.

As much as we need a 2 guard, is Beal really good enough that we would leave a rebounder like Thomas Robinson on the board? As refreshing as it was to see Nene and Seraphin picking up their game at the end of the season, neither of them are particularly good on the glass, especially Seraphin who lost a lot of rebounds that he should have gotten.

Is there something really obvious about Beal's game that says that he is going to be better than Jarvis Hayes, who put up some good shooting numbers in college, and shot better from the 3 point line as a freshman than Beal?
