Fun clips, the high flying Jackson is exactly what we need off the bench. Davis doesn't look afraid anymore, that's good and Bernard is certainly fearless in launching those threes and taking that game-winner.

Was at the game and saw him live for the first time. That first half he was getting downhill, got a couple steals and was hitting in the midrange.

Second half he was really quiet. Was just sitting in the corner. Which I understand is the role he’ll be doing with the Wizards…

The whole team got deflated when Carey left after injuring his knee (looked like it was banged knees).

Mac McClung for Delaware Bluecoats looked good. These ladies sitting behind me realized he’s the dunk champion and kept yelling for him to do a dunk. :lol:

Pretty awesome debut for ex-GoGo Kris Dunn for Utah- 15 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists with 0 turnovers in 23 minutes.

Also I noticed that DeJon Jarreau reappeared in the Go-Go box score. They gave up 2 #1s to trade for him last year and he disappeared without a trace shortly after the trade. Hope he's fixed whatever was wrong, must be a real talent.

Dunn never had a lack of talent he was and still is capable of being a good NBA player. But his body is made of rice crackers.

He's still gotta shoot efficiently and cut down on the turnovers before given a chance to play meaningful NBA minutes. Meanwhile, Carey and Dotson are way ahead of him.

Yes and No... You can look the stat lines for guys like Caruso, Alvarado, Dillon Brooks, Dort, etc. and easily come to the conclusion that they are barely rotation worthy. But their consistency, intensity and IQ on the defensive end of the court allows them to be big pluses on the court.

Bernard should also be rated ahead of him. I'm not sure Davis is a better defensive player.

Best game of the year for Johnny. Just barely missed his the game winner which would’ve been his 6th 3.

Played 100 minutes over the last 3 games: 22.1 points 5.4 rebounds 2.5 assists 1.1 turnovers 1.8 steals 59.2% TS. +5.9 net rating.

Looks healthy and confident

At this point my expectations for Davis are nothing. If he can become a playable rotation player over the course of the next year, I'll be pleasantly surprised.
