Yeah, it was not our best night accuracy wise at the line. That happens.
It is always easy to point to misses late in the game but they all count the same.
It sure would've been nice if Wall had made at least one of those late ones which would have forced
them to shoot a 3 to tie (most likely).

Gay has been an inconsistent player his whole career but when he's on, he can be a matchup nightmare. Ariza is a great defender but I felt we shouldve doubled Gay more down the stretch, stay on Thomas & Cousins, and make McLemore or Evans beat us. Cant let Gay get rolling on shot after shot. With that said, even when he or anyone else missed, Cousins got the Offensive board

Not really trippin' off of the missed FT's by Wall, I'm sure nobody's more hurt or upset by those misses than Wall. I'm bothered that the Wizards are still playing undisciplined and without focus this late in the season with so much on the line.
Indiscipline and Lack of Focus just spring up and run amok whenever they feel the time is right and Wittman just watches, seemingly powerless to do anything about it.

That flagrant foul on Wall was a pretty bad call.

For sure, that was bs. But they had to play without Cousins most of the game because of foul trouble, no excuses

I don't disagree but I think the somewhat violent way he swung down his arms
made it look worse than it was especially after he missed any contact with the ball
and just hit his arms. It looked like his intent was bad to the refs.
