I'm shocked hands11 was banned. He was annoying sometimes, blabbering same things for many times and as mods say warned not once nor twice just plenty times. But I still think that permanent ban is way way too harsh. Even criminals have a chance to rehabilitate after some period of the punishment. So my point is: Xmas is going, Thanksgiving is coming - maybe these 4 months is long enough and you mods can give him the last chance?
