All of the teams.

He's a machine. Those videos were out like an hour or two after the game ended.

All notable players. Him and I think GDhighlights... worth following on youtube. Also I think a guy with the channel by the name of Down2Buck or something close to that does highlights on more obscure players (rookies, younger players and role players) which I'm sure most on this board would enjoy too.

Nah. You never need more than 10 men unless there's foul trouble or injury. But the starters may have to play 30-33 minutes instead of 33-36.

I'd like to see Wall, Beal and Porter play 32 minutes a night with the backup wings playing 16 a night. The starting bigs can play 28 with the backup bigs playing 20.

I'm really happy with the play of Sessions on the 2nd unit. He kept the offense flowing smoothly. He had 11 points, 10 assists and only 1 turnover. He's been way better for us than Andre Miller - particularly with the new system.

We are really deep if Sessions and Nene continue to play real well.

Sessions impressed me a bunch when Nevada played Hawaii.
Bye bye Beal.

Deep enough to win the NBA Championship if the Kings send Boogie Cousins...

Wait, I am too early. :)
Bye bye Beal.

Not wanting to get ahead of myself. This is the first game against a team with two good players.

But man, that actually looked like NBA basketball! Showtime DC.

Watching Otto reminded me of watching Ariza in the first game of his breakout season against the Pistons. Remember? He hit like 8 threes and all of us were like, "that's great, but he can't keep that up." But you know what? He did.

If Otto can be consistently 75% of what he showed last night, this could be really fun.

I loved the Nene-Gooden combo. Hump and Gortat may be too slow collectively to play a lot of minutes together. Maybe Dudley slides into the starting 4 slot.

Love the tempo. This is going to be a fun season. With that said, it is only one pre season game against a god awful team that five of us could probably compete against.
Eric Maynor is the worst basketball player I've ever seen.

I actually thought Hump looked competent switching everything on defense (can't take much from a game vs the Sixers, of course). If he looked 'slow' it's because he was defending Nerlens Noel, who has a lot more footspeed than the average PF and will probably make his living attacking big guys off the dribble his first few years. .

The key to these small lineups working is our 4-man needs to be able to defend mobile 4s and switch on smaller guys easily. That's what I'll be looking for throughout preseason, whether it's Hump, Otto, Gooden (we won't get to see Dudley, but he already showed he can play a switching defense in Milwaukee so he's probably in pole position to start once healthy).

Our 1-3 could/will be elite on defense, and Gortat is solid against 75% of his matchups (outside of offensive guys like Al Jefferson, and now Okafor who are becoming a rare breed). It's all about that PF position and not giving up too much defensively.

Philly is god awful, but mostly because of their offense. They were the 13th ranked defense in the league last year - and better than that when Noel was on the court. The fact that we lit them up offensively is pretty encouraging. Though to be fair, our starters only modestly outscored theirs. The big difference is that our bench consists of rotation-caliber NBA players and at least one starting caliber guy in Nene. Their bench is full of guys who don't belong in the league.

Actually, if there's cause for concern, it's the fact that our starters let their starters score so much. Their starters scored 53 points in an average of 21 minutes. That's on pace for 120 points. It was a high possession game so the number looks a bit worse than it actually was, but still.

I am so happy to see the Otto highlights from that game. Who needs Pierce?!

I think we may take a step back defensively initially, but I also believe our starters are gonna coast a little defensively this preseason. I will say, I give PHI's PG's a little credit in that John actually gave em some decent contests on some 3 balls and they still knocked em down. By december, if our defense is still suspect then I'd be concerned.

Our defense looked a lot better in the 2nd half where it seemed some sustained effort was exuded by the starters which the bench helped finish off. But you are right on the fact we have real NBA players on our bench now. Sessions, Nene, Anderon and Jared will bring plenty of firepower.

I will change my tune about Hump being an offensive drag if he continues to shoot with such volume and success.

It's very encouraging signs all around. I'm not sure if I should pinch myself considering how well things are going right now.

The only slight disappointment is Oubre not getting any burn. I hope his ankle is ok and he gets to play against the Knicks, I'm real anxious to see what he can do because I think his defense could potentially get him on the floor a lot quicker than expected.
