Some really impressive plus or minus scores in the Blazers-OKC game tonight. Scoot Henderson -56. Shaedon Sharpe -39 in 21 minutes. Some bum named Duop Reath -49 in 24 minutes. Jordan Poole needs to step up his game. Can't let that disrespect stand.

Might be time stick a fork in the Warriors. They lost to the Grizzlies, currently composed of 8 scrubs after all their guys got hurt.

It's kinda sad to watch. Curry is still awesome, though not as good as he once was. But the team around him has deteriorated and Kerr does not seem capable of developing young talent.

They honestly should try and trade Curry (after first getting his consent, of course), but they probably won't. So we are going to see 2 or 3 more seasons of Curry valiantly but ineffectively trying to carry a bad team.

After that buzzer beating loss, the Kings look like they are about to defeat the Suns - they are up by 18 with less than 8 minutes to go in the 4th quarter.

Jaden Ivey is starting to figure things out. He is averaging 23, 6 and 5 on a TS% of .545 in the absence over the last 5 games in the absence of Cade. The efficiency isn't great, but he has no shooting around him and he is the #1 option and focus on the opposition's defense.

I liked that clip of his defense against Anthony Edwards at the 1:30 mark. Pretty impressive!

It'll be interesting to see if he goes back to his lackluster performance once Cade comes back. He might be a guy to keep an eye on if he becomes available in a trade. Or maybe he's a guy to go after when he hits restricted free agency in Summer 2026. Detroit might do something foolish in the meantime and waste a lot of salary cap on vets.

I feel like giant 4th quarter collapses are becoming more frequent the last few seasons, but especially this season.

Kat dropped 62 but still lost to the hornets. The hornets announcer was seriously going nuts. Sounded like he was going to pass out.

Embiid had 70 points, 18 boards and 5 assists against San Antonio.

I looked up the box score to check out Wemby and I was like: "Wemby had a great game! 33 points and 7 boards in 28 minutes!"

Then I looked at Embiid's box score and I was like: "Oh."

Suns are 11-3 in their last 14. Two 20+ point comebacks on their 6 game winning streak.

Lol... No it hasn't. It is VERY much TBD
1) Beal: Beal is now the 3rd option and gets way more opportunities to catch and shoot against lesser defenders, but his efficiency is the same as last year.
2) Team: Their starting 5 (Beal, Booker, Allen, Durant, Nurkic) are ALL playing as well as they every have, and they are still the 6th seed.
3) "Paid-Off": They have gone ALL IN for this 2-3 year run. Losing to Nuggets in Round 1, or LAC in round 2 is understandable... but a failure. Again, this is very much TBD... Will Beal/KD be healthy in the playoffs?

Beal looks like he's overcome some rust from the injuries - in his last 11 games he has a TS% of 61.5. The big thing though is that guys like Grayson Allen are even more efficient, currently has a a TS% of 69%. I think the big thing is that when they have been healthy they have been significantly better - they were a 10 or 11 seed a few weeks ago and they are currently a 5 seed.

Yeah, we still need to see what they can do in the postseason. Health is a big factor as it is for the Clippers.

Luka had 65 with a little over 10 minutes to go. Hawks defense doubled him like crazy for the rest of the game, letting his Mav teammates playing 4-3.. Garrison Matthews got a technical from the Hawks bench, may have been the officials way to to try to get Luka to get more points.
