YOUR Washington Bullets are 5-22!

Sorry Badinage, I started the GT but this one is yours.

Leading by as many as 18, they held onto a 1-point win in Rip City last night. Bilal Coulibaly successfully defended Jerami Grant's attempt at a game winner, Kuz was scorching, Gafford was collecting STOCKS (blocks and steals), and Deni was boarding.

Tonight, the Bullets have their ONLY nationally televised game of the season. This is on ESPN. Why? Well, the return of Jordan Poole to the Bay Area for the first time since last summer's blockbuster trade draws headlines. Draymond Green, who is serving a suspension and obtaining counseling for his rage on the court, will not be part of this matchup that the schedule makers anticipated.

The Warriors have been up and down. But they've played better as of late with a huge win over the Celtics this week. Steph Curry is still an elite player at age 35 in his 15th NBA season. Klay Thompson has started the season cold but has been playing better as of late. GSW's big issue? Andrew Wiggins is not playing anywhere at the level of the last two seasons especially during their 2022 NBA championship run.

Steve Kerr has had to change his lineup to get a spark. He's included Kuminga and Podziemski and benched Wiggins.

CP3 leads the bench unit and has been mentoring the GSW youth movement there.

I got the Dubs getting... the dub. In a big win.

looking for a satisfying loss where we are up by double digits at the start of the 4th Q, only to squander it through unusual substitution patterns, silly shots, "slippin' an' a slidin' ", and interesting referee decisions. Lets go!

Does anyone know if Draymond is in the building/vicinity? Maybe he'll run out like Stone Cold Steve Austin and stunner Poole at halfcourt. That would be tight and would make this trash worth watching

This is hard to watch. Glad the starters are sitting. No passing, bad shots.

im a Deni fan but his lack of confident is killing me. have no idea what happend to him in the last 5-6 games because he started the season very well . he celebrated his first basket today like its his birthday...
6:30 min to the end of 1'st quarter Chris Paul is guarding Deni that is a head tall than him and instead of taking him to the basket he pass the ball to Kuz that miss a 3 with a hand on the shot.
an offence later Paul guard Kuz - Kuz take him to the basket and make a 2 + foul...
there is no reason that a 1st year player Coulibaly doesnt afraid to take shots and Deni will not touch the ball for 5 plays in a row . its just ridiculous.

I see Trace-Jackson pulled down 15 boards tonight. Not sure history will look too kindly on Dawkins turning three 2nd round picks into Vucevic, PB&J and Rollins.

PB&J has been really bad even though he only plays in garbage time.

Rollins has looked decent in those moments.

I could not understand the decision to pass on TJD. I know he was a senior
but he was also a proven producer in college. I'm not surprised he's doing well.

I don't remember hearing he is Dale Davis' son. My memory is probably far less
than perfect but it seems like sons of former good players are less of a gamble
than many of their comparables.

Muscala is terrible. Gafford has been really solid but things have often gone sideways
when he sits. Bilal has slipped a little and become more mistake/bad play prone of late
not that I am worried about him at this point.

That's 15 boards in all of 25 minutes! Not to mention that he went 5-7 from the floor, collected 3 assists, & blocked a shot!

Inasmuch as TJ-D dropped to #57 in the draft -- but looks like he's going to be an absolutely outstanding NBA player -- we will not be the only ones who look bad for passing on him. But, we will be the perfect symbol of the mistake, of course!

Then there's Brandin Podziemski -- taken at 19, he too looks like one of the biggest steals in years.

We've been somewhat critical of the Warriors' recent work in the draft. Add what Kuminga showed last night to the 2 guys just mentioned, & it looks like we might have to eat those words!!

Worth mentioning Gui Santos as well, btw -- he went at #55 in the '22 draft -- 1 pick AFTER we chose Yannis Nzosa....
Breaking News: In a shocking development, Wizards owner Ted Leonsis has sold the NBA franchise to a consortium of participants in a discussion board devoted to the team on realgm.com. Details to follow....

Here's what Trayce Jackson-Davis tweeted right after dropping to 57th in the 2023 NBA draft.

"Y’all will regret it… I promise you."

'Nuff said.

I suggest a new perspective..
Perhaps its not just the draftee, but the drafter.

Speaking of Dale Davis

Jackson-Davis and Camara have looked good. In a rebuild you take as many young players as possible, not give Gallinari and Muscala backup minutes for an entire season

I forgot about the Jerome Robinson experience. Truly an all-time Wiz great. Checked multiple boxes - John Wall level quick, Rod Strickland handles, Arenas-like shooting, and to top it off, Kelly Oubre smooth operator good looks.

Also not gonna lose sleep over a man named Tracey. Patrick Bobblehead Jr. is going to make you all believers.
Can't say I do. Who else gonna shoot?
