GT #59: Bullets @ LA Lakers 10:30 PM EST (MSN/980 AM)

Post#1 » by FAH1223 » Thu Feb 29, 2024 5:26 am

YOUR Washington Bullets are 9-49!

The month of February comes to a close with Leap Day. And the Bullets are one more loss away from a win-less month for the first time in franchise history!!

They hit the road to face the Lakers who are actively trying to avoid another year in the Play-In Tournament. They'll be on the second night of a back to back after matchup with the Clippers. We get to see two former Bullets: Rui Hachimura and Spencer Dinwiddie!

Will history be made on Thursday night?!

Based on the way he fell on his back, it's not surprising it takes him some time to return. Maybe in a few days.

You can see in this video from the 0:46 second mark' that his pelvic got some serious hit on that fall:

Poole receives a boost in endorphins when playing on the West Coast. He plays with a different kind of confidence and interest compared to other games.

We've seen him start several games hot to completely peter out.

No doubt about Poole's talent but also no doubt about his low basketball iq...

dont understand why Kuz guard Lebron and not Deni in the last minutes.. he's a fly for him.

It's gross listening to Gooden and Miller. Shills. This game even if we get a win is bad habits.

Sickening listening to Miller and Gooden, obsequiously slobber over James.

Disgusting display of team basketball.

Poole or Kuzma will take a bad shot here with 17 seconds left in OT.

Poole and Kuz destroyed the team at OT.. they will never make a 3 in last seconds. one of them will hold the ball till 1-2 sec to the end and will shoot a break

Lol they took Deni out at the end when they needed the three despite him being 3-5 from three for the night and shooting 40+% for the season. Kuzma proceeds as predicted to launch a horrible shot.

When does this nonsense end? I don't give a damn Poole had a fluky hot night. Kuzma and him took a ton of bad shots that they were lucky to make. Just bad habits being established.

I'm glad Keefe is showing he's not the guy. So there's that.

It's not about taking out Deni because he was good from three. it was obvious that Kuz or Poole will take that shot. it's about taking him out while he's your top rebounder

Glad I missed this one. It seems that under Keefe some things from the Wes regime don’t change. Given that Poole is untradable, we need Kuzma traded in the offseason for the good of the team. There should be offers to get some decent value for him.

Not that upset about the outcome. Some reverting to form in OT, but still only lost by three with a chance to tie at the end. Pretty exciting game, and if Poole has more games like that, he might not end up being as untradable as he’s looked so far.
