I may be crazy but... Etan Thomas is looking good out there. He's running the court better than I've ever seen him and moving - in general - smoother than I ever recall.

Channel 50.

Damn. Channel 50 is still showing CW crap out here in Howard County. I'll have to try and find an online stream.

Nate, if you haven't found an online stream yet, I have one. Let me know if we are allowed to post online streams on the forum and I'll post it.

Now the Hornets announcers are cracking me up.

When Paul split the double team and scored they said "Etan Thomas did what we did. He watched. You better not be in uniform when you're a witness." LOL
Bye bye Beal.

Good a hate Chandler. He would be nothing without Paul.

He moves on picks and if it wasn't for the refs letting NO drive right over us, this would be a game.

I've seen at least 4 BS calls as they run right of our plays who have possition. It's like watching a Cleveland game.

hands, the Hornets announcer just said "Blatche is not a C. He's a F, and more of a SF than a PF".

I disagree with him, but I believe that's exactly what you said.
Bye bye Beal.

Stevenson with the 40 footer at the buzzer.

Might the Wizards be streaking?
Bye bye Beal.

DSLEEEEEEEZY FROM LONG RANGE TO TIE IT AT THE HALF 46-46

We survived that first half which is about all you can ask for given the bull calls from the refs..

You had to figure NO was going to come out hard on us knowing we just beat Houston. They didn't want us to get any confidence. And while they did their job, we fought back. And with the shot by DS to end it tied, they have to be wondering if we have the basketball Gods on our side.

I hope we see some more Etan on Chandelier so he can break him in two. Not sure if he does this to you guy but I hate his as much if not more the Nosebologna for Chicago.

Thanks.

SF would take some work. I'm not saying his is that just yet but would be interesting in seeing him grown there some if it means Haywood, McGee and Blatche getting some minutes together. It would be interesting to investigate.

But yeah, he is more of a PF/C then a C/PF unlike Haywood who is clearly a center.

Thanks for the post though. I'm listing to Buck and Phil.

I hope DS hitting that amazing buzzer-beater will give him his swag back, that might be just the ticket.

That's a good line, but what happened on that play was the Hornet player (I think Chandler) set a pick, and our PG didn't fight through it - and there was no way that any big was going to fly in their against Paul. Guards have to fight through those picks, or we're dead. Notice near the end of the half, Critter did just that and caused Paul to turn it over. The kid's got some defensive po.

Most amazing to me is that a 6-23 team, without Butler, and playing NOT THEIR BEST basketball is tied at half in New Orleans.

There were some open threes given up. Paul rebounded and penetrated.

Yet, the Wizards are tied.

What's going on?
Bye bye Beal.

Ruz, I thought about your prediction when Chandler scored on the alley oops. Good call.

How about the Wizards? Got to be the best 6-23 team ... of all times. :)
Bye bye Beal.

Funny thing is I saw him hit a shot after a foul was called. Just a dead ball shot from the outside 3 land and it hit and I thought.... hmmmmm. Luck my be changing for him. But I never expected a shot like that to go. Go for him. It's good chi.

Hey, it wouldn't have gotten much worst for him. Only way was up. He did the smart things just running for 2 games without shooting. Hopefully he won't get to shooting to much just yet. Let if settle in. The rest will come in time if he is patient. No reason to push it yet.

Another game where Darius and Etan came in and sparked the team.

That used to be bad news for the Wiz any time the two were on the court together.
Bye bye Beal.

Hey, even the Timberwolves have their good moments. :D

That was a very enjoyable half to watch. Just when I'm about to give up watching them, they have to play 4 straight good games. They keep bringing me back.
