Ainge screwed up getting all those picks in a weak draft, better flip 'em soon before the frosh crop confirms the bad projections.

Yeah, no way.

Sacramento hasn't picked out of the bottom 8 in 10 years and looks to be either 2nd last or last in the West.

Memphis will battle for a playoff seed for sure but will most likely fall short. They are relying on health for Conley & Gasol which isn't the best.

Sac will finish bottom 6 and Memphis should be around the 12-14 mark, if they suffer a couple of injuries they could fall to the 10-12 mark for sure.

Care to recant your previous statement?

I have a disorder where I mix up teams, what I meant was Memphis 6th and Sac 12-14.

Lol dude. You are the king of bad takes. Calling out someone who typically has solid takes because he misses by a few picks is pretty sad. Yes the picks are not going to be as good expected Memphis looks like 8 ish and Sac looks like 12 ish. Barely halfway through the season though.

Just a light-hearted stab at all Boston homers not just this guy. Nothing more pathetic too me than someone claiming another is the king of bad takes when no amount of truth backs it up. I don't pay attention to your takes very often as your own opinion is usually a trace artists level of original thinking.

Why are you so high on Rui?
I was right about 3 point shooting. I expect to be right about Tacko Fall. Some coach will figure out how to use Tacko Fall. This movement towards undersized centers will sweep ng back. Back to the basket scorers will return to the NBA.

What's not to like? He's a combo forward who can defend both positions. Can score from multiple levels. Has an NBA ready body and plays hard on both ends. He won't be elite, but that drop off in this draft is after pick 2 or 3. Rui does however have a high likelihood of being a quality starter/rotational player from day one IMO.

There's a lot not to like. I'm not sure he really even defends a single position well enough in the NBA. Not a 3pt shooter or a playmaker. Not a rim protector. Already pretty old. There are very few upperclassmen ever worth taking that high. Most have been disappointments. I don't see it. For me he's mid to late first round. But different strokes, as they say.

He will have to continue to develop his outside shot, but there is no reason to think he can't do so. I think there are plenty of drafts where he'd be a mid-round guy, I just think this is a weak draft that pushes him up my personal board. There are few players in this draft without significant flaws.

Passing. By a lot.

Passes out of double teams well. Is he gonna be doubled in the nba? Nope.

Doesn't matter, he has the skill/vision.
I was right about 3 point shooting. I expect to be right about Tacko Fall. Some coach will figure out how to use Tacko Fall. This movement towards undersized centers will sweep ng back. Back to the basket scorers will return to the NBA.

I like both of them at the next level in different roles, with both having pretty high floors.Williams is a better scorer with a higher court awareness, whereas Washington is the better athlete and not far behind

I think as far as what you contribute to the nba in terms of translating, pj is a much better scorer. Grant can't do what he does in the nba. Pj shoots, drives and finishes. Much better shooting.
