I just got offered westbrook/beal for harden/klay. Would appreciate some input~

Uhh yeah you definitely take that , just to get WB. He puts up pts, assists, rebounds like a beast.. TOs are a wash, because Harden puts up a lot of TOs as well, but without as many assists

And Beal is outperforming Klay everywhere

I'd take it as well. Klay's decline and Beal's emergence is fair beyond the name values.
