Auction No position resrictions

Post#1 » by slash32487 » Mon Oct 23, 2023 4:02 pm

My commissioner added a new twist to the auction draft. you used to have to draft a full starting team now we have the capability to draft as we please meaning i can spend my whole budget on 3 guys or 4 guys if i wanted. would like some feedback and thought on the best strategy.

I think a strategy called Stars and Scrubs.. One popular strategy in this format is to spend a significant portion of your budget on a few elite players (the "stars") and then fill out the rest of your roster with lower-cost players (the "scrubs"). This approach allows you to have a few standout performers who can potentially carry your team, while taking advantage of the depth of talent available in the later rounds.
