the question is, can you afford to play a man down for the next 6 weeks? i'm assuming you would drop blatche or dalembert, and it looks like you aren't competitive in boards or blocks, so losing either wouldn't hurt you too badly.

it really comes down to how you think the other managers in your league will react - is anyone else desperate enough to wait a month and a half, or can you wait for him to clear waivers?
